f Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. The French publisher’s answer to
No Man's Se... Sea of Thieves was announced during last year's E3 and was supposed to be released in this fiscal year, but the ambitious project requests more time to polish. Ubisoft revealed last April that the game won't launch before April 2019.
Ubisoft Singapore’s biggest project to date will allow you dominate a dangerous open ocean, a shared world that reacts as you plunder rich trade routes. Just like in
For Honor, you'll be able to fully customize your "character" (the ship) and pick your very own crew. Similar to the latest Ubisoft titles, nothing will stop you from playing as a lone wolf or in the co-op with other players to hunt larger prey.
During E3 2018,
Skull & Bones was one of the highlights at Ubisoft's stage and many outlets had an opportunity to check out the current state of the game. The publisher has also released an interview with
Skull & Bones Creative Director Justin Farren who gave us all the details of
Skull & Bones' open ocean. Be sure to check out the interview and hours of fresh gameplay footage down below:
It is the Golden Age of Piracy. Renegade captains command the most powerful weapons on Earth: warships. You are a pirate captain who has refused the king’s pardon and sailed from the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean, an untamed frontier full of lavish riches. However, these waters are also a battleground where far-reaching colonial empires, powerful trading corporations, and ruthless pirate gangs clash. In order to survive, you will have to build a lethal fleet, prey upon lucrative trade routes, and ally with other pirates in your endless struggle for supremacy.
