Ubisoft's E3 conference showed of a brand new trailer and gameplay demo for the upcoming pirate game Skull & Bones.

Skull and Bones is an online naval open world game, which allows players to sail the seven seas, set during the Golden Age of Piracy in the exotic and untamed frontier of the Indian Ocean.

The new trailer's narrator describes how piracy was born. Set in an age where empires ruled and people who sought freedom escaped to the freedom that the open sea afforded. It explains how pirate captains adopted the black flag as their symbol, rose in power and infamy, and ultimately went their separate ways - betraying each other.

Although the title was originally set to release in 2018, Ubisoft was forced to push the game back to late 2019.

Ubisoft was able to give much more information on the game this time year thanks to a new trailer and gameplay video.
The cinematic trailer can be viewed above, and the gameplay walkthrough below.
