Announced just hours ago, season 2 of Netflix's Castlevania will have its episode count doubled from 4 to 8 and it will premiere these episodes on October 26, just in time for Halloween. Story-wise, the animated program is inspired by the 1989 Nintendo classic, Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse while the artistic style takes its cues primarily from the 1997 PlayStation video game, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.
An official Twitter account for the series was just launched on July 03.
