FOR HONOR's Latest Playable Fighter, The Deadly Sakura, Shines In A Brand-New Making Of Video

Following the recent inclusion of the brave Knight Vortiger, now it's time to take a closer look at Sakura, For Honor's latest Samurai hero. In Ubisoft Montreal's medieval extravaganza, Sakura is wielding her mighty masakari axe, believing that she actually grows stronger with each and every successful kill.

While FH: Year 3 Pass owners can join the battlefield as Sakura (or her male counterpart, Yato) now, those with no plans to buy the pass will be able to purchase the heroes with in-game steel on May 9.

According to Ubisoft, "the Hitokiri roam the land searching for criminals to execute [...]. On the battlefield, their mere presence spreads fear to any opponent foolish enough to confront them." The DLC also introduces improvements to the Lawbringer and Raider classes, as well as a new map, Canopy – where a group of Samurai settlers fled and used the landscape to triumph over 1,000 enemies.

To celebrate Sakura's arrival, Ubisoft has shared a "making of" video – that you can check out below:

Enter the chaos of a raging war as a bold Knight, brutal Viking, or deadly Samurai, three of the greatest warrior factions of legend. For Honor is a fast-paced and immersive experience, mixing skill with visceral, never-before-seen melee combat. Storm castles in massive battles and confront deadly bosses in the memorable story campaign and support your allies while slaughtering enemies in the groundbreaking multiplayer modes where your combat skills will make the difference between life and death.
