Capcom announced, back in February, that they would be bringing three titles from their acclaimed survial horror series,
Resident Evil, to the Nintendo Switch; these being
Resident Evil 0,
Resident Evil HD Remastered, and
Resident Evil 4.
As all three of these
Resident Evil titles become available today for the Nintendo Switch, Capcom has appropriately released three horrifying trailers to let players know about it.
The
Resident Evil series is making a return in full force thanks to the release of the
Resident Evil 2 remake, which has been selling considerably well; with critics and long-time fans of the series claiming that it is a true return to form to its survival horror roots that had been lost over the years.
All three of these titles were, in fact, Nintendo console exclusives, so it is nice to see that Capcom has decided to bring back some of their best
Resident Evil titles to the Switch; although, due to technical limitations, the
Resident Evil 2 remake will not be making it to the handheld hybrid console. This is still, however, a great opportunity for Nintendo Switch owners who still haven't had the chance to play these games, or simply want to relive the experience.

The horrors they encounter there are far greater than anyone might have foreseen...
Ushering in a new phase in the Resident Evil franchise, this game focuses on the events following the dissolution of Umbrella Corporation. The pioneering over-the-shoulder camera perspective is a departure from the fixed-camera views found in earlier entries, allowing for unrivaled action gameplay which has been met with widespread critical acclaim.
