Even though Telltale's The Walking Dead series is winding down this year with The Final Season, the developer is giving Nintendo Switch owners a chance to relive the drama and excitement of the franchise. Announced today, The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season will launch for Nintendo Switch on August 28.

The Complete First Season includes all five original episodes starring the fan-favorite Lee Everett, and a much younger Clementine, along with the add-on anthology 400 Days, which bridges the gap between Season One and Season Two. The game has been ported from The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series Collection, offering Switch owners improved performance and enhanced visuals.

The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season will be available on August 28 for $24.99. Meanwhile, The Walking Dead: Season Two and A New Frontier (season three) will both arrive on Switch later this year bringing Nintendo fans up to date for The Final Season. Episode one of this final chapter is already available digitally for Switch.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season is also available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC with new episodes set to arrive throughout the year.
