Red Dead Redemption 2 will be releasing in exactly a month's time and yet we still don't know the amount of space we need to clear out in our hard drives in anticipation of the release - or do we?..
Walmart recently made the Red Dead Redemption 2-PlayStation 4 Pro Bundle available on their site and featured pictures of the product. Under closer inspection by the highly anticipating Red Dead Redemption fanbase, the bundle's box reveals that the minimum size required to install Red Dead Redemption 2 is a whopping 105 GB.
As you can see in the image below:
On top of this humongous file size, the game will most likely require a "Day One Patch" which seems to have become a common practice by triple-A titles.
The back of the bundle's box also reveals that Red Dead Online's servers will support 32 players each. The online mode will also be exclusive to the PlayStation 4 for the first thirty days following the official release on October 12th.
What do you think of the file size? Are you willing to sacrifice 105 GB to make room for Red Dead Redemption 2?
Red Dead Redemption 2 will be releasing for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 26th.
