Bandai Namco has confirmed that Dragon Ball Z's Trunks will also be a playable character in the upcoming Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot; screenshots of the character also revealed.

It seems that Bandai Namco still has a few tricks under their sleeves, as they keep releasing new information regarding the upcoming Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot; the brand-new 3D action adventure game based on the popular Dragon Ball Z series.

Just yetserday, the developer revealed that Bonyu —a former member of the Ginyu Force — was going to be showing up in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot as part of one of the game's many sub-quests that players will be able to tackle.

Today, we have confirmation that players will also be able to play as Trunks in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. Not only that, but Bandai Namco has also shared two in-game screenshots of the character to give us an idea of what to expect when the game finally releases.

Relive the thrilling story of Kakarot, the legendary Saiyan better known as Goku, in the all-new Action-RPG DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT, coming early 2020. DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT will include English and Japanese voice-over along with subtitles in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish, as well as Russian, Polish and Arabic.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC(digital) early in 2020.
