Brooklyn Nets guard D'Angelo Russell was limited to 48 games last season after getting arthroscopic surgery on his left knee and missing most of the first two months of the year. He ultimately finished the season averaging 15.5 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 5.2 apg, 0.8 spg, and 0.4 bpg, which was more or less on par with his final year in Los Angeles.
As he enters his fourth-year, many - including the folks at NBA 2K19 - are expecting Russell to make a jump this year and quite possibly finally breakout as one of the game's premier guards. The game has given him an 83 overall player rating to start, but that's a figure that could go up or down depending on Russell's performance this coming season.
