Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout launched back in August for PlayStation 4 and PC. It's a chaotic and colourful online multiplayer game wherein up to sixty players compete in a series of obstacle courses in order to hopefully be the last man standing. The lone winner is awarded a crown with which they can save up to purchase snazzy cosmetic outfits for their character.
However, what with their being so many players in each game and only one being awarded a single crown, there are many who haven't quite been able to collect enough crowns to get any of the cool cosmetic items. Thus, Mediatonic has listened to player feedback and have announced that crowns will be infinitely more attainable during the game's upcoming second season.
It's said that more crowns will be available as "Season Rewards" which is to say you will be able to earn more crowns simply by playing a levelling up, much like a battle pass. In fact, the official Twitter account for Fall Guys (@FallGuysGame) says that crowns will be 600% more attainable. Whether that's hyperbolic, we'll just have to wait and see.
Season 2 will begin this month, though an exact date isn't known just yet. We will be sure to let you know as soon as we find out when Season 2 will be kicking off. The upcoming second season will introduce a plethora of new and exciting levels, costumes, and more.
Fall Guys Season 2 will bring the dragon fire with feudal fortresses, knockout knights and pugilistic paladins among new additions coming this October. A full season of new costumes, emotes and more will reward players as they lay siege to the Middle Ages.
