Following years of talk and months of character reveal trailers, we finally have gotten our first look at actual gameplay for Overkill's The Walking Dead. Revealed during the PC Game Show at E3, the trailer showcases the multiplayer co-op action that has been teased for years.

To no surprise, teamwork appears to be emphasized in the trailer as that will be key to your group's survival against the hordes of zombies. As previously detailed, Overkill's The Walking Dead is very team-oriented with each character having their own play styles, special abilities, skill trees, and squad roles. The trailer, though rather short, gives us a decent look at the various types of weapons and combat styles within the game, including the use of sniper rifles, melee weapons, explosives, and auto rifles. It seems like there will be something for everyone.

In addition to the trailer, it was announced today that Overkill's The Walking Dead will officially release on November 6, 2018. It will be available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. As a reminder, this is not the only Walking Dead game releasing this year as Telltale's The Walking Dead: The Final Season will debut August 14.
