SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy is Nippon Ichi Software(NIS) and SNK's all-female 2.5D fighting game that features characters from other fighting game series such as The King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, Samurai Shodown, and Athena.

The game will have the fighters team up in pairs and fight it out and discover the reason why they are trapped in a mysterious mansion. While SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy is still a proper fighting game through and through, it's main hook is the fact that the fighters are all female and, in this case, caters more to the male demographic. They're not coy about it and that's exactly why fans are already in love with the game. As one of the game's features, players will be able to get items in order to customise their fighters, as well as being able to access a photo mode. 

Today we got some more information about SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy from NIS America. According to NISA, the game will have over 100 customisable items and a number of options for players to try out.

- Choose from 4 different styles of in-game voices.
- Select different backgrounds and frames from a plethora of options.

The characters already confirmed are Athena from the game Athena(1986), Yuri from Art of Fighting(1992), Mai Shiranui from Fatal Fury 2(1992), Nakoruru from Samurai Shodown(1993), and Leona, Shermie, Kula and Kukri from The King of Fighters series.
