A few days ago, Bandai Namco revealed that the new original charaacters Kane and Galena, designed by
Dragon Ball series creator Akira Toriyama, were going to be joining the roster of Spike Chunsoft's crossover fighting game:
Jump Force.
The announcement did not provide us with an official release date for the characters. The good news was, however, that both characters were going to be part of a free update available for anyone who already owns a copy of
Jump Force.
Today, Bandai Namco has revealed that the patch that will be including Kane and Galena, as well as some other small fixes that make the experience better for players, will be available on the week of the 22nd of July — although they still have to give us an official release date, this will have to do for now.
Alongside the "release window" reveal, Bandai Namco also shared some high-definition screenshots showing off both Kane and Galena, in order to get players excited for the upcoming free update.
