Following the inclusion of a special
Final Fantasy XIV event and the announcement of the upcoming
The Witcher III: Wild Hunt crossover, Capcom has silently added some new gear and content inspired by Ubisoft's hit
Assassin's Creed series to their
Monster Hunter World, allowing you to explore the New World in a special outfit that would make
Assassin's Creed: Origins' main protagonist Bayek proud.
For unknown reasons, Ubisoft and Capcom have decided to keep this
Monster Hunter World &
Assassin's Creed Origins event a secret, as this news was revealed by the
Monster Hunter community that discovered a new quest titled
SDF: Silent, Deadly, and Fierce. When you complete it, you can equip your avatar with the
Assassin’s Hood that increases movement speed and allows you to hide quicker.
As a reminder, you will have a chance to slay and hunt beasts as Geralt of Rivia, the main protagonist of three beloved
Witcher video games, as the brave hero will join the game's roster in the upcoming free update that launches in early 2019. That
Monster Hunter World &
Assassins Creed event and quest will reportedly last until January 10th, but it's hard to know for sure as Capcom remains silent.
