New Update For STREET FIGHTER 30TH ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION Arriving Next Week

Next week, Street Fighter30th Anniversary Collection will be getting a new update that promises localisation fixes, online improvements, and more!

Bringing together 12 of the classic Street Fighter titles developed by Capcom, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is not only a celebration to one of the most popular fighting game series, but a collection that no fan of the genre should miss out on.

The Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection was released on the 29th of May for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Steam, and Capcom has been supporting the game pretty much since launch: listening to players' complaints and releasing sporadic patches that solve some of the most common issues.

Capcom has recently announced that they have been working on a new patch for the game, which will fix some bugs across all available platforms. From Online, Audio, and Training Mode improvements to Museum updates, and general fixes. This new patch for Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection will go live on the 23rd of October for all platforms.

The Patch note reads as follows:

Nintendo Switch:

 

Online Improvements: 

  • Improving online capabilities and ability to host lobbies
  • Friends between the Japanese and international versions can locate one another’s lobbies
  • General fixes

Localization Fixes: 

  • Updated Japanese strings
  • Corrections to Korean Photosensitivity Warning

Training Mode Improvements: Multiple fixes have been made to improve dummy behavior.

Audio Improvements: Stereo playback improvements for Street Fighter III titles.

Museum Updates: Text and asset corrections have been applied. 
 

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One:
