The latest entry in the popular sword-fighting game developed by Bandai Namco,
SoulCalibur VI, is finally coming out tomorrow after a pretty long hiatus since the last game released back in 2012.
SoulCalibur VI is not only bringing back the series, but is also taking players back in time to the events between the first game in the series,
Soul Edge, and its sequel:
SoulCalibur. The new game will be re-telling the events of the first games, bringing back some of the most iconic characters in the series, as well as introducing a few new ones, and having a guest appearance by
The Witcher's very own Geralt of Rivia.
Combat-wise,
SoulCalibur VI is keeping everything that has made the series so iconic, but the game is also introducing a few new things that will keep duels even more interesting than previous entries in the series. Not only is the combat getting some new added features but, as a first in the series, players will now be able to create their own, unique
SoulCalibur avatar. This avatar can be fully customised in terms of appearance and combat-style, as well as be given any name of the player's choosing.
As a re-telling of the story from the original
SoulCalibur game,
SoulCalibur VI is the perfect game for longtime fans, as well as newcomers to the series, and players will be able to enjoy this title tomorrow when it releases for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Take a look at the
