The evergrowing roster for Bandai Namco and Arc System Works' critically acclaimed
Dragon Ball FighterZ just keeps, well, growing — with the developers announcing new fan-favorite characters on the regular.
In February we found out, unofficially, that the developer was planning on bringing Kid Goku, as the first character from the
Dragon Ball GT series, to join the roster in
Dragon Ball FighterZ. It wasn't until the end of March that Bandai Namco officially revealed the character, sharing some fantastic screenshots of Kid Goku in action; sadly, there was no trailer to go with the pics.
Today, Bandai Namco has finalyl shared a gameplay trailer for Kid Goku — albeit a very short one — that shows off Kid Goku's abilities by pulling off a Super Kamehameha in Super Saiyan 3 form, and we also see him turning into a Super Saiyan 4 for his Super Move.
The developer has also revealed that Kid Goku will be joining the
Dragon Ball FighterZ roster on the
9th of May, as well as reminding us that there's still one more character to be revealed that will be joining Jiren, Videl, Kid Goku, Gogeta SSGSS, and
Dragon Ball Super: Broly's Broly as part of the game's FighterZ Pass 2.
