Reptile's presence has been a staple for the Mortal Kombat games. The character has been in every major game the franchise has developed. The reptilian creature disguised as the green ninja might have been revealed as a Mortal Kombat 11 fighter.

Thanks to DualShockers, NetherRealm Studios Art Director Steve Beran might have just confirmed that Reptile is indeed in the roster. Here is a quote from their interview.

“Then there’s certain things like you can activate Reptile’s Acid Ball. It’s very nostalgic. You have these helpers, if you will. It’s a blast and we’re really happy about that.”

As you can see, the Art Director spoke about Repitle's move like it is part of the game. Of course, this is nothing official and the studio has not confirmed the character's involvement in the game. What do you think? Will Reptile be in this title as well?

In relevant news, we break down Mortal Kombat 11's PC port right here. The studio that worked on NetherRealm's Injustice 2 and Mortal Kombat XL will be part of MK11. NetherRealm is sure that the studio will do a great job with the new title.

Mortal Kombat is back and better than ever in the next evolution of the iconic franchise.

Mortal Kombat 11 hits the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC on April 23
