As the newest instalment in the long-running Call of Duty franchise is very unstable and erratic, particularly in the Zombies mode, players have requested more of a back and forth between Treyarch and themselves - so that, together they can quash the many game-crashes and glitches that the game is currently infested with.
Thankfully, Treyarch's Zombies Team have delivered. The folks behind the popular Zombies mode recently put out a post on the "CODZombies" subreddit which thanks players for their dedication to the mode as well as their constructive feedback.
Zombies would not be what it is today without an incredible community of fans, and we are wholly committed to doing everything we can to make Black Ops 4 the best and most-supported game that we’ve ever made.
They also revealed in the post that the most recent update to the game added "new technology" which will help them track down and eliminate causes of crashes and the like. They also recently released a way for players to report issues they come across.
If you've been attempting to reach a certain round or complete the renowned Easter Eggs, but have only been met with a blue-screen, Treyarch feel your pain and are working hard on quashing the problems.
The complexity of variables in Zombies Easter Eggs presents the team with a unique set of challenges in reproducing, fixing, and thoroughly testing the fixes before release. As such, they take a little longer than our regular updates, and we appreciate your continued patience.
