David Vonderhaar, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's game director, recently took to social media to confirm that soon, within the Blackout battle-royale mode, players will be able to customise their weaponary with camos. Vonderhaar also revealed that, much in the vein of Fortnite, Blackout's map is set to change in the near future.

The ability to customise weaponary within Blackout has been requested since its Beta - for no other reason than that it would be a cool, interesting addition to the mode. One Blackout fan seemed particularly eager to add camos to his weapons, tweeting at the game director: "LET ME USE CAMOS IN BLACKOUT," to which Vonderhaar responded as such:

Similarly, another user tweeted at Vonderhaar, asking when we're going to see some significant alterations the Blackout's expansive map. The game director teased that, while he can't give a specific date, changes are coming - and he's already playtested them.

What do you think of Vonderhaar's tweets? Are you looking forward to customising your guns? How would you like to see Blackout's map change?

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is out now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
