CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 4 Multiplayer Could See Perks Return, According To Treyarch's Latest Tease

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 developer Treyarch Studios appears to be teasing the return of another fan-favorite multiplayer system - Perks - in addition to the Pick 10.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's multiplayer won't be officially revealed until May 17, but Treyarch is continuing to tease fans with the possible return of certain features. Last month, the developer teased the return of the popular Pick 10 loadout system after Call of Duty: WWII, the most recent installment in the franchise, had done away with the system. Today, Treyarch teased the return of another fan-favorite multiplayer feature: Perks.

In response to a fan who said that she heard perks and scorestreaks would not be in Black Ops 4, Treyarch tweeted an image of four logos that appear to be perks, as well as two wildcards - which are create-a-class features that allow players to be more creative with their loadouts. Accompanying the image was Treyarch's messaging that strongly suggests the return of Perks.

Although it's certainly not confirmed by any means, it seems very likely Black Ops 4 will see the return of Perks after WWII had also done away with the system in favor of the new Basic Trainings. Fans have interpreted the individual images to be perks from previous titles, including Dexterity, Slight of Hand, Dead Silence, and Marathon or Lightweight.

We'll hopefully get confirmation about the return of Perks and Pick 10 during the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 official community reveal event on May 17.
