Hard to believe, but true! During last night's episode of GameTrailers, Geoff Keighley asked Reggie Fils-Aime, Nintendo's executive vice president of sales and marketing, how Super Mario Bros. Wii would do this holiday season, and asked him specifically if it would do better than Modern Warfare 2 *on a single platform*.

His surprising answer was "Absolutely, I say that unequivocally.", if he was able to take all of the holiday sales data through the entire selling season.

Now, that's not to say he was bashing on Modern Warfare 2. He did say that Modern Warfare 2 was a "Great title" and that "... As a gamer, I look forward to it."

Take a look at the video, wallpaper, and screenshots below and on the site and tell us "Does Mario stand a chance?"!
