What’s it cost? Nothing! Every new copy of Medal of Honor comes with a free Online Pass, and once activated, you’ll be able to download the Clean Sweep pack with no cost to you. If you don’t have an Online Pass, you can purchase one for $9.99 on the PlayStation Network or 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live, which will include the Clean Sweep mode and accompanying maps.
What is Clean Sweep? Clean Sweep is an elimination/last man standing styled mode played in two teams. There are no respawns in any of the matches, and there’s a four minute time limit, making for some fast and fun skirmishes. The team with the most players left standing at the end of the match wins.
What maps are included? There are two new maps and two redesigned maps included with this DLC pack, providing you with a healthy mix of new environments and some environments that are familiar. The two new maps are Bagram Hangar and Khyber Caves, and complimenting those are redesigned versions of Diwagal Camp and Kabul City Ruins.
Bagram Hangar
The infamous Air Base has been a key military installment since the late ‘70s, and now you’ll be able to head into this environment and take out your opponents under the cover of darkness. While in the day, it’s relatively easy to spot out a target, but that’s easier said than done when there’s no daylight to help you see your enemies.
Khyber Caves
There’s an old saying about the Khyber Pass: “Every stone in the Khyber has been soaked in blood.” Once you enter the caves of this locale and find yourself in a firefight with the enemy, you’ll find out exactly what that means.
Diwagal Camp
While you may already be familiar with this rocky terrain, what you’ll find during your Clean Sweep skirmishes is different than you’re used to. Filled with huts and caves, Diwagal Camp is a place where the enemy can be hiding around any corner.
Kabul City Ruins
This urban environment is filled with wrecked cars and dilapidated buildings, creating an area with plenty of areas to engage the enemy. Just keep in mind that even though you’re behind the cover of a building or car, these obstacles are decaying and may hold just as much danger as being outside.
