Artyom's Worst Fears Come To Life In This Fantastic METRO: EXODUS Cinematic Trailer
Deep Silver and Platige Image, the acclaimed creators of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt and God of War cinematic trailers, have shared a special look at Metro: Exodus, focusing on Artyom's biggest fears...
Platige Image, the Academy Award-nominated Polish animation studio that created beloved cinematic trailers and intros for The Witcher trilogy, For Honor, Cyberpunk 2077, Watch_Dogs 2 God of War, Skull & Bones, and many more, has released a brand new Metro: Exodus video, this time putting the spotlight on Artyom, the series young main protagonist, and his biggest, most personal fears.
In Exodus, Artyom, his loved ones, and those who have managed to survive the nuclear holocaust, will abandon the titular metro to embark on a dramatic year-long journey to hopefully discover life beyond the dark Moscow Metro stations. During their grand expedition, the brave few will explore ruined cities, radioactive swarms, forgotten villages, and even the dried up canyons of the Caspian Sea.
Artyom's faith that he can start a new life in this post-apocalyptic environment, his hopes, and dreams will be put to the ultimate test in the crucible of the Russian wastelands. Exodus has gone gold, which basically means that the title is finished and 4A Games can work on the post-launch support and day-one patch. Be sure to take a closer look at the stellar Metro: Exodus cinematic trailer down below:
The year is 2036. A quarter-century after nuclear war devastated the earth, a few thousand survivors still cling to existence beneath the ruins of Moscow, in the tunnels of the Metro. They have struggled against the poisoned elements, fought mutated beasts and paranormal horrors, and suffered the flames of civil war. But now, as Artyom, you must flee the Metro and lead a band of Spartan Rangers on an incredible, continent-spanning journey across post-apocalyptic Russia in search of a new life in the East. Metro Exodus is an epic, story-driven first person shooter from 4A Games that blends deadly combat and stealth with exploration and survival horror in one of the most immersive game worlds ever created.
Metro: Exodus will be releasing on February 15, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
