Fortnite's Playground Limited Time Mode will soon be a permanent addition to the game according to the game's official Twitch channel.
If you're unfamiliar with the relatively new mode, here's how it's officially described:
Playground is a low-pressure environment where friends can let their creativity run wild. Build massive structures. Practice with the weapons and items. Fight against your friends. Have fun!
The mode has spawned many a creative invention and no doubt enhanced many players' understanding of the game - and as a result become beloved amongst the Fortnite community. Its fans have been appealing to Epic Games in an effort for them to make the mode a permanent fixture within the game. Their pleading has evidently paid off.
An image was recently posted to the Fortnite subreddit which bears a comment made by the official Fortnite Twitch account. The comment reads as such:
Yeah, we are working on a version where we can keep Playground as a mode, not just a Limited Time Mode.

Since the mode is still a little rickety at the moment, it will most likely be a bit of time before it's made permanent. Though, after a bit more fine tuning, thankfull, Playground mode is here to stay.
