Publisher GIANTS Software and developer Straight4 Studios have announced that Project Motor Racing, their upcoming next-generation racing simulation title, will be playable for the first time at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in West Sussex, UK. The hands-on demo will run from July 10th–13th, 2025, offering fans a rare opportunity to experience the ultra-authentic sim before its official release on November 25th, 2025.
Taking place at the world-renowned Goodwood Estate, attendees can jump into the driver’s seat using one of three high-performance racing rigs, complete with premium steering wheels, pedals, and full sim setups. Featured cars available for testing include:
- Lola T70 Mk3B GT
- Aston Martin DBR9
- Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2
- Panoz LMP1 Roadster S
Players will race on one of the game’s most detailed tracks, recreated using advanced scanning and environmental modeling to ensure maximum realism. From engine roar to track texture, the demo aims to provide a true taste of the high-fidelity motorsport experience Project Motor Racing is promising.
Adding even more excitement, British racing icons Ben Collins (formerly Top Gear's "The Stig") and Johnny Herbert (F1 veteran) will be present at the event to engage with fans. They’ll be offering racing insights, storytelling from their pro careers, and hands-on advice to festival-goers trying out the game. For those looking to get a photo or autograph, make sure to head up early before the lines get crazy.
You’ll find the Project Motor Racing booth at Stand 8, located right by the starting line of the iconic Goodwood Hillclimb.
