Dark Souls: Remastered was announced earlier in January of this year for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
While the remastered game was released on the 25th of May for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, the Nintendo Switch version of the game was unexpectedly delayed and the release date was pushed back to the
19th of October.
Now that
Dark Souls: Remastered for the Nintendo Switch is finally underway we get a new, and hilarious, trailer that perfectly depicts how unforgiving the FromSoftware's
Dark Souls series can be.
As anyone who has played a
Dark Souls title in the past knows, these games can be pretty frustrating—giving a whole new meaning to trial and error. Luckily, pre-orders for the game have also become available at
Nintendo's official website—so, at least, that's one less thing to get frustrated with.
Take a look:
Book passage to Lordran and traverse the limits of adventure. From the top of the highest tower to the most obscure depths of the earth, this quest holds dangers and marvels beyond human understanding.
Dark Souls: Remastered will be available for the Nintendo Switch on the 19th of October.
