Yesterday, we reported that Sega's classic tactical role-playing game,
Valkyria Chronicles, was going to be releasing on the Nintendo Switch this coming October.
While the announcement was revealed by Sega at this year's PAX West event, they didn't really release too much information other than the game's release date; which is announced to come out this October. So it was only a matter of time until they made the announcement a bit more official, as well as public, by releasing a trailer.
Today, Sega has released the official
Valkyria Chronicles announcement trailer, which will be available for the Nintendo Switch on the
16th of October. The game will not be the remastered version that was released on the PlayStation 4 in 2016, but the original version of
Valkyria Chronicles instead.
As per the announcement itself, it is also worth mentioning that by purchasing
Valkyria Chronicles 4 on the Nintendo eShop, players will get a 25% discount on
Valkyria Chronicles for the Nintendo Switch.
Valkyria Chronicles 4 will be launchign a month earlier on the
15th of September so it is a good deal to purchase it on the eShop and get the discount.
Experience the tale of Lieutenant Welkin Gunther, Sergeant Alicia Melchiott, and their comrades in Squad 7 in Valkyria Chronicles on the Nintendo Switch.
Valkyria Chronicles for the Nintendo Switch will be available on the 16th of October.
