It had been quite a while since we got some news about Bandai Namco and developer Tamsoft's upcoming Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions, but everything the developers, at least so far, manages to make the game even more appealing to both general audiences and fans of the Captain Tsubasa series.
At first glance, Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions may look like your typical, run-of-the-mill football/soccer game, but there is a whole lot more to this game based on such an over the top series like Captain Tsubasa; especially because this game is based on the new series, which cranks things up to eleven.
So far, we know that the game will be giving players the chance to be part of an original story; joining some of the players from Captain Tsubasa as an avatar, and learning skills by befriended said players.
Today, Bandai Namco has shared a brand-new trailer for Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions, which introduces players to the German Junior Youth team — from Captain Hans Karl Schneider to goalkeeper Deuter Müller — while also showing off some of their skills and shots.
