Back in November Nintendo revealed that three new characters would be joining the evergrowing roster of Mario Tennis Aces. Now that all of the three characters that Nintendo announced have already been released, one could've assumed that they wouldn't be releasing more any time soon.

As it turns out, Nintendo has just revealed that Kamek, the powerful Magikoopa, will be joining Mario Tennis Aces as a playable character. As per usual, this new character will be available for players who participate in April's Mario Tennis Aces online tournament that begins on the 1st of April; once the tournament is over, on the 1st of May, Kamek will become available for everyone.

Unlike the announcement last November, Nintendo only revealed one more character for Mario Tennis Aces; meaning that this could be the last character they reveal for the game. We'll just have to wait for an official announcement from Nintendo.
