Nintendo has recently announced that they will be hosting a Nintendo Treehouse Live presentation tomorrow, where they will finally be revealing gameplay for the soon-to-be-released Paper Mario: The Origami King — which, by the way, has been long-requested by fans of the series.
Paper Mario: The Origami King was only announced mid-May of this year, and what was most surprising was the fact that the game was revealed to release in July — which is a mere two months after the announcement; this also raised some concerns, however.
One of the things that players still haven't seen much of is the game's combat system. Nintendo has revealed the combat system itself, but it hasn't revealed whether Mario and the other members of the in-game party will earn experience points after every fight, which is actually the main complaint fans of the series have had regarding the last two entries in the series.
Paper Mario fans will soon be able to see some proper gameplay of Paper Mario: The Origami King, as Nintendo has recently announced that a Nintendo Treehouse Live presentation will be streamed tomorrow at 10:00 AM PT, where they will finally show off the game in all of its glory.
The kingdom has been ravaged by an origami menace! Join Mario and his new partner, Olivia, as they team up with unlikely allies like Bowser and the Toads to battle evil Folded Soldiers.
Paper Mario: The Origami King will release exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on Friday the 17th of July.
