Xbox and Fanta have officially launched their joint 25th anniversary promotion, giving players a chance to earn free cosmetic and gameplay rewards across several major titles without needing to purchase any soda.
The promotion runs from April 1 through July 30, 2026 (17 weeks total). Players can visit the official Fanta x Xbox website, complete a quick minigame on their mobile device (a QR code is provided for PC users), and redeem one reward per week. The site connects directly to Battle.net and other accounts, making redemption straightforward and reducing the risk of scalping.
Here is the full list of items players can earn:
World of Warcraft
- Fantastical Goblin Waveshredder mount
- Sturdy Portable Ice Chest Housing decor
- Dyeable Bottles Housing decor
- Corked Bottle of Liquid Mystery
- Tall Corked Bottle of Liquid Mystery
- Short Corked Bottle of Liquid Mystery
Diablo 4
Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 7
- “Wanta Fanta Come Get It” Calling Card
- 1-hour 2XP token
Forza Horizon 6 (available after its May 19 launch)
- 1966 Toyota Sports 800 Fanta Edition car
Halo: Campaign Evolved (available after launch)
- Master Chief’s Fantastic (orange) Spartan armor skin
While the promotion requires no purchase and is not region-locked, there is a significant limitation: supplies are capped each week.
Most titles have 113,058 copies of each reward available per week. Call of Duty splits this number between the two items. World of Warcraft rewards, however, are far more restricted only 2,392 copies of each item are available weekly. That means roughly 40,000 players total can claim any single WoW reward across the entire promotion if demand stays consistent.
This heavy restriction on World of Warcraft items has drawn the most criticism from the community, especially since WoW has seen multiple high-profile collaborations recently to support the Midnight expansion.
Despite the limited stock, the collab has several advantages over previous Xbox promotions:
- No purchase required
- Not region-locked
- Direct account linking prevents easy resale
- Runs for four full months
Blizzard has previously stated that limited-time promotional items (such as the popular Hateforged Blazecycle mount from the Mountain Dew partnership) would eventually return through other means. Many players are hoping the same approach will apply to these Fanta rewards.
The Fanta x Xbox promotion offers a low-effort way for players to grab some fun cosmetics and bonuses across multiple games. However, the extremely limited quantities particularly for World of Warcraft means many fans will miss out if they don’t participate early each week.
With Forza Horizon 6 launching in May and Halo: Campaign Evolved expected later in 2026, the promotion cleverly bridges current and upcoming titles. Whether the rewards feel worth the effort will largely depend on how quickly the limited stock disappears each week.
The promotion is live now on the official Fanta x Xbox site. If you’re interested in any of the rewards, especially the WoW mount or housing items, it’s worth checking the site regularly during the 17-week window. Which items are you wanting to get?
