Kojima Productions'
Death Stranding will be released exclusively for PS4 on November 8, 2019.
While this information was revealed by the official Taiwanese PlayStation Facebook page just a while ago, the post has since been deleted – suggesting once again that
Stranding is indeed coming this fall.
Furthermore, Italian Games Journalist Antonio Fucito shared the same release date for Kojima's mysterious title a day ago – so it looks like after months of fruitless speculation we finally know when to expect the highly anticipated title. What's even better, the official release date and brand-new details on
Death Stranding will be announced later in the day – as revealed by Mads Mikkelsen himself.
As a reminder, Kojima and his team have been working on a brand-new gameplay trailer for his next big thing for quite some time now (said video will reportedly clock in at 8 minutes and 40 seconds), so there's a big chance that we will learn a whole lot more about
Death Stranding in a couple of hours.
Sam Bridges must brave a world utterly transformed by the Death Stranding. Carrying the stranded remnants of the future in his hands, Sam embarks on a journey to reunite the shattered world one step at a time. What is the mystery of the Death Stranding? What will Sam discover on the road ahead? A genre defining gameplay experience holds these answers and more.
Death Stranding is coming to PlayStation 4 and doesn't have an official release date yet (?).
