Detroit Become Human is the next big PlayStation 4 exclusive that will be released directly after SIE Santa Monica's juggernaut, also known as God of War. The David Cage-directed game will feature a more "cinematic" narration, similar to what we've seen in Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. But this time, Mr. Cage will focus on the subject of artificial intelligence instead of aliens and superpowers.
The countdown to Detroit winds down ahead of its May 25 release date, Sony and Quantic Dream are releasing short films about the robotic world coming to PS4 this week. The first episode, The Interview, focuses on a "human" newscaster speaking with the CEO of Cyberlife, opening in Detroit and promising massive advances in robotics and AI despite the terribly high unemployment.
Yesterday's launch trailer introduced us to three playable protagonists who can change the course of destiny for humanity and androids alike. These heroes are: special police investigator Connor, Markus, who has escaped his master and joined a growing underground faction of dissidents, and finally Kara, who's on the run with an innocent girl she’s sworn to protect. See the future of Detroit down below:
