Days Gone was released last week and it has gotten some pretty mixed reactions from both critics and players; who have criticized the game's dull story and complaining that the game feels somewhat unfinished.
The premise of the game has players taking the role of Deacon St. John, who has to survive in a world infested with zombie-like creatures, and even hostile humans. In order to traverse the game's open world,
Days Gone provides players with a motorbike as their main means of transportation; a vehicle deemed as crucial by the developers.
Deacon's bike could even be considered one of the game's main characters, given how much both players and Deacon depend on it to travel the world, or escape hordes of Freakers in one piece.
Today, Sony has released a brand-new video for
Days Gone, although it isn't one that focuses on the game per se, but one that focuses on the team of gearheads that took on PlayStation Nordic's challenge to build and recreate Deacon's bike in real life. And the end result is simply magnificent.

Set in the beautiful, volcanic scarred high-desert of the Pacific Northwest, Days Gone is an open-world action-adventure game where you play as Deacon St. John, a Drifter and bounty hunter who would rather risk the dangers of the broken road than live in one of the “safe” wilderness encampments.
Days Gone is currently available exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
