Quantic Dream's
Detroit: Become Human is an adventure game that focuses heavily on narrative much like other game's from the developer such as
Heavy Rain and
Beyond: Two Souls.
Last week we found out that the game had also become Quantic Dream's most successful release ever, which is a well-deserved accomplishment for the studio after th positive reception that
Detroit: Become Human has got from critics and fans.
Now we've found out that Quantic Dream are working on a Photo Mode for the game as Guillaume de Fondaumiere—Quantic Dream's CEO—was asked on Twitter about it. What Guillaume replied was that they are indeed working on a Photo Mode for
Detroit: Become Human, but it may take a while before we see it due to all "19000 shots" in the game feature unique lighting and depth of field.
Photo Modes are definitely becoming a thing players look forward to these days, and for good reason. When you see how much fun players had taking pictures in Super Mario Odyssey and God of War, you'll realise that it is becoming something of a must-have for games in the future and hopefully we'll get a chance to see it in
Detroit: Become Human sooner than expected.
Enter the near-future metropolis of Detroit in 2038 – a city rejuvenated by the introduction of highly advanced androids that exist only to serve mankind. But that’s all about to change…
Detroit: Become Human is available exclusively on the PlayStation 4 now.
