Despite what
seemed to be an accidental leak on Sony's part, which took place earlier this month and claimed that
Star Wars Battlefront II and
EA SPORTS UFC 3 would be August's free PlayStation Plus games; Sony has announced that
Sniper Elite 4 and
WipEout Omega Collection will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers for free in August.
If you're unfamiliar with the PlayStation Plus rewards system, it's pretty simple. Essentially, as well as countless discounts and exclusive items, each month subscribers to the online service will be allowed a couple of free games.
This month, it was
Detroit: Become Human and
Pro Evolution Soccer 2019. Seeing as next month's free games have been announced, it's
worth picking up those games before they're replaced by the aforementioned, upcoming pair. You've got until August 6th before
Sniper Elite 4 and
WipEout Omega Collection are made available to download.
