S.O.N is a survival game with psychological horror elements developed and published by RedG Studios coming to the PlayStation 4 these Holidays.
The game takes place in Clarencaster in Southern Pennsylvania—allegedly the world's most well known forest—in which over 648 people have gone missing, including search teams, police officers and hikers:
South of Nowhere. Among the one's found, only 22 bodies were recovered—all of them children.
S.O.N's story focuses on Robert Alderson, who is an unemployed old school father who has been drowning his past in alcohol, neglecting everything and everyone around him. One night on the 22nd of February, Robert's son Jay is taken into this fores and Robert goes after the kidnaper in search of his son.
This new gameplay trailer for
S.O.N is also set on the 22nd of February, only in 1996, where a desperate father—Dylan Schuss—went to
South of Nowhere looking for his missing daughter. All that was found was some footage 3 months after Dylan went into the forest.
