With E3 quickly approaching, speculation and rumours are in abundance. A new rumour believes that E3 2019 will see the announcement of at least one new instalment in an iconic game series from Rare.

First 4 Figures, a UK and Hong Kong-based merchandising company, recently released collectibles based on both the Conker and Banjo-Kazooie series. The rumour that a new Conker or Banjo-Kazooie game will be revealed during E3 was sparked when it was discovered (via @SpyroUniverse) that Rare had invited First 4 Figures to Microsoft's press conference at the event.

Check out the below tweet:

Though it might be a bit of a stretch, why else would Rare being inviting anyone to Microsoft's conference? Let alone a company which makes collectible figures. Perhaps the reveal of these new games could have something to do with First 4 Figures.

The last title in the Banjo-Kazooie franchise was released in 2008, titled Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts. Conker's most recent instalment was released even further back, in 2005, titled Conker: Live & Reloaded.

On account of this, fans would be clamouring rumour or glimmer of hope they could get. Though, you'd think after ten years, it's about time we got a new instalment in either series - maybe even both.
