There have been countless supposed leaks and rumours about the next instalment in the
Call of Duty franchise which surfaced within the last couple of days.
In case you aren't fully caught up, here's a summary of those reports: Apparently 2019's
Call of Duty will be titled
"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare," and be a soft reboot of the series. It's said that the game is somewhat inspired the massively controversial 'No Russian' mission from
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
As well as the above details, many
reputable outlets also began supposing that the game will be officially unveiled to the world by at the end of the month. Activision has now confirmed this.
Call of Duty's official Twitter account
recently went dark, posting an intriguing teaser which simply states:
"May 30. 10AM PST." Soon after that, a livestream was scheduled for that time by the franchise's YouTube channel.
