Dragon Marked for Death is a 2D side-scrolling role-playing game developed by Inti Creates, which released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch at the end of January. The game borrows some concepts from previous titles by the developers, such as the Mega Man Zero and Azure Striker Gunvolt series; making it quite a compelling title for fans of the genre.

According to Inti Creates' CEO, Takuya Aizu, Dragon Marked for Death has been performing remarkably since its launch; already managing to meet the developers' expectations in regards to sales numbers, which is particularly good news given that the game is a Nintendo Switch exclusive.

"The release has gone pretty well and people around the world have been able to enjoy the game. As far as a measure or bar of success, it has hit that," explained Aizu when asked whether Dragon Marked for Death had met the company's expectations.

"As far as we’re concerned it has been successful for us. We still have updates planned for the game. We want people to be able to enjoy it longer and enjoy new stuff, so we are continuing to work on Dragon Marked for Death today."

This is definitely great news for fans of Dragon Marked for Death, as they have received this new game well and the developers sure are determined to keep players coming back to the game for more single/multiplayer action like the kind Inti Creates delivers time and time again.

Dragon MFD is a 2D side-scrolling action RPG game where up to 4 players can play together in either local multiplayer or online multiplayer. Refreshing, feel-good level designs based around intuitive 2D-action-based gameplay await!

Dragon Marked for Death is currently available for the Nintendo Switch.
