Framed as a parody of the Grand Theft Auto video-games, "Slaughter Race" was a video-game world which featured in, Disney's latest animated film, Ralph Breaks The Internet.

The grim and violent world served as the backdrop to intense street races - in which Gal Gadot's Shank and Sarah Silverman's Vanellope both made a name for themselves.
"A Place Called Slaughter Race" focuses on Vanellope's inner-conflict throughout the film - she wants to stay within Slaughter Race but knows that doing so will disappoint, her best friend, Ralph.

The song
features the vocals of both Silverman and Gadot, was written by both Tom MacDougall and the film's co-director Phil Johnston, and was composed by Alan Menken.

Gadot has spoken about her unexpected duet with Silverman - wherein the actress stated: "
I always practice without knowing what for. It's been the first time I ever sang in a movie, and it's been great and I really liked it." For more on that, click here.

DisneyMusicVEVO have released the full musical sequence online - check it out:
