The rumored Devil May Cry V was supposed to be revealed last year, but it looks like Capcom wants to stay focused on debuting later this month Monster Hunt World, one of the most important projects in the publisher's history. It's known that Hideaki Itsuno, the mastermind behind the Devil May Cry and Dragon's Dogma series is developing a new game, but the title remains a mystery.

In a short tweet, Itsuno wishes everyone a happy new year and apologises for the delay, as he couldn't present the teased project last year. The producer says that the developer is finishing working on it, so it's safe to say that we're closer that ever to the official announcement.  Itsuno seems pretty optimistic and describes the game as "great", so it's hard to not share his enthusiasm and patiently wait for it.
