Hitman HD Enhanced Collection features two IO Interactive-developed video games –
Hitman: Absolution and
Hitman: Blood Money, both supporting 4K visuals at 60 frames per second, increased texture resolution, upgraded texture formats, super-sampling, upscale support, heightened shadow map and mirror resolutions, improved lighting, and updated controls for a much more fluid experience.
This
Collection is currently available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as IO Interactive has released an action-packed trailer for the bundle that showcases snippets of real time gameplay. While the improved graphics are welcome, the fact that this new version of
Absolution doesn't support the
Contracts mode may be displeasing. Fortunately, IO explained that the want to investigate the situation and consider alternative options for bringing this feature back as they don't have the rights for it.
IO Interactive prices
Hitman HD Enhanced Collection at $59.99, which may seem like a lot for two games that were released in 2006 and 2012 with upgraded visuals, resolution and overall performance.
Relive your favorite moments from HITMAN: Absolution and HITMAN: Blood Money in 4K with the HITMAN: HD Enhanced Collection.
