Marvel Games has some very exciting news for fans of
Marvel's Spider-Man, which involves Marvel's First Family: the
Fantastic Four.
The announcement was made today during the Fantastic Four Week livestream, although Marvel Games didn't really give us any more information rather than saying that something "fantastic" was coming to
Marvel's Spider-Man.
Insomniac Games has already released three new story chapters as part of
The City that Never Sleeps downloadable content, each chapter also including three new suits for Spider-Man to wear. Perhaps Insomniac Games is planning on releasing a
Fantastic 4 suit like the Future Foundation suit? Maybe even the Spare Fantastic 4 costume(also known as the Bombastic Bag Man) that Spider-Man wore that one time in the comics?
It is very likely that it's one of those two suits that will be making its way into
Marvel's Spider-Man, although it wouldn't be too crazy to see something even grander and perhaps we'll get a new story chapter that directly involves
Marvel's First Family? Whatever the case, is exciting to see that Marvel is back to promoting the
Fantastic 4 again; all thanks to the
Fantastic 4 and
X-Men movie rights coming back to Marvel.
