New Action-Packed Gameplay Trailer For INJUSTICE 2 Confirms The Black Canary

Following yesterday's tease of an incoming character reveal, NetherRealm has delivered by revealing that the Black Canary will be a playable character in their upcoming fighting game sequel Injustice 2!

The Black Canary is coming to Injustice 2!

After leaving her out of the original game, NetherRealm has decided to rectify their error by adding Laurel Lance a.k.a. the Black Canary to the roster for their upcoming sequel Injustice 2. IGN debuted the first look gameplay trailer earlier this afternoon showcasing the Black Canary in all her glory, beating down a variety of different heroes & villains. We also get a good preview of some of her abilities from her unique fighting style to her Canary Cry special ability and to of course, her special finishing move.

As for who's voicing her, that's a bit of mystery, but Jennifer Hale (Justice League Heroes), Vanessa Marshall (Young Justice), and Katie Cassidy (Arrow) have all been rumored. Stay tuned for any further updates.
