During the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, Capcom revealed yet another massive fighting game collection. With MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics slated to arrive this year, fighting game fans have another collection of arcade classics to look forward to on consoles and PC.

Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam in 2025. The collection will bring eight fighting games and fun-filled classics to modern platforms for the first time, including Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001 and Power Stone 2. Here's what's included:

  • Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro
  • Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001
  • Capcom Fighting Evolution
  • Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER
  • Project Justice
  • Power Stone
  • Power Stone 2
  • Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein

Fight as one of many colorful characters from the Capcom vs SNK series, cross fists with the extensive roster of the final installment of Street Fighter Alpha, make the world your weapon in the Power Stone series, and experience the thrilling story and intense action of Project Justice and Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein. A variety of fun games, all in one! Enjoy both English and Japanese versions! Loaded with new features—including online play!

Fans both new and old can look forward to experiencing these beloved classic fighting games with the perks of modern features, including online play and quality-of-life updates. All eight titles will offer online play and feature rollback netcode for strong and stable online connection. For those who aren't too familiar or skilled with fighting games, all titles will have a Training Mode with tons of customization options.

Take a break from the fighting and browse the art and music galleries of the games. Official art, concept art, design documents, and more never-before-seen content are all included in the menu options. Other notable improvements include mid-game saves, various gameplay balance adjustments and quality-of-life improvements across all titles, and the ability to fine-tune specific features of your gameplay experience via EX Settings specialized to each game. This includes various Display Filters, button customization, and more.

Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is slated to arrive sometime in 2025. Like MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classic, Xbox once again appears to be excluded from the list of platforms that Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will be available on.

Speaking of  MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classic, Capcom announced that the highly anticipated collection will be released digitally on September 12. It will arrive physically on November 22.
