Will Dragon Ball FighterZ add Master Roshi? Ultimate/Mystic Gohan? Brolly? Those are but a few of the fan favorite DBZ characters the fandom was dissapointed by their absence from the game's playable roster at launch. Other fans are hoping for more Dragon Ball Super characters like Hit and Jiren. Well, a tweet from Bandai Namco casually revealed that there will be 8 DLC characters added after the game launches. Of course, if you purchase a Season Pass (or FighterZ Pass as they're calling it) you won't have to pay extra for the characters.
Currently, there are 19 playable characters in Dragon Ball FighterZ but there's a strong likelihood that a few more characters will be revealed heading into the game's (undated) Open Beta and release in North America and Europe on January 26.
