SNK is rebooting the
Samurai Shodown series with a brand-new game that seeks to give long-time fans their fair share of sword-fighting greatness, as well as introducing newcomers to the long-running video game fighting series.
While the new
Samurai Shodown is still a bit over a month away from releasing, SNK has been doing their best to keep players excited for this new entry; releasing all kinds of trailers that have given us glimpses at the game's story, the gorgeous new art style, gameplay mechanics, and the characters the game will be featuring.
Just yesterday we got a character trailer for Genjuro, Haohmaru's sworn rival, as well as a new
gameplay trailer for Samurai Shodown, and today we're getting a character trailer for Haohmaru himself — who's been the series' main character ever since he was introduced in the first
Samurai Shodown for the Neo Geo arcade, all the way back in 1993.
