A New Gameplay Trailer For SOULCALIBUR VI Announces Tira As The First DLC Character
The roster of playable characters in Soulcalibur VI. continues to expand, as a new announcement trailer for the game, reveals Tira as the title's first DLC character. Check out the footage after the jump.

The release date for Soulcalibur VI is two months away and the full roster has yet to be revealed, but that hasn't stopped Bandai Namco from announcing the game's first DLC character.
As announced by the new trailer for Soulcalibur VI, Tira will be joining the franchise's latest installment. Tira was first introduced in Soulcalibur III and quickly became a fan-favorite, leading her to appear in every Soulcalibur game since.
Also, like most gameplay trailers of this nature, the footage below highlights the character's unique combat moves as she utilizes her acrobatic fighting style to take down her opponents.
While it's nice to learn that Tira will be available to players, many fans have taken issue with the fact that DLC characters are already being teased. Despite the backlash, however, brand manager Mark Julio believes "there's nothing wrong" with the announcement trailer or DLC in general.
